The Patron Management Institute (PMI) can provide consulting, expert witness assistance. and expert testimony for various matters and cases as long as such assistance is not inconsistent with our mission. Our goal is to help as many facilities and events as possible (and their employees/workers) provide a safe environment. Our goal is not to attack facilities or events who are taking meaningful steps to protect patrons nor do we wish to be the sole entity to determine industry standards.
